BUZZ AROUND BONNIEVILLE May 11,2012

Hello Friends! Memorial Day Service Sunday, May 27th 2:00 CST at Memory Park Cemetery, the 3rd Annual Veterans Wreath Ceremony will be held. Mayor Edwards and Council members proudly announce Bonnieville is now one of the first cities in KY to be designated a “PURPLE HEART CITY”!  There will be special guest speakers and a ceremony to commemorate Bonnieville’s designation. Thanks to the efforts of Viet Nam Veteran, Irvin Lyons Jr., members of his organization have paid for signs to be placed in our town identifying us as a Purple Heart City. These exceptional signs signify our community support for veterans injured during their service to our country. See you there!
CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS! BOAZ Bonnieville beautification projects are underway. Mural and painting Volunteers are needed to work on the mural and the Garden project is now under construction!
